Physicist, graduated from the University of Crete. She holds a PhD in Medical Physics. Works in the University of Crete, Dept. of Vision and Optics since 1993 with a research focus on refractive surgery , corneal imaging and wavefront technology. Author and Co-Author of several publications related to these subjects. Her current research activities are in the field of customized excimer laser treatments and quality of vision.
