Michael Skoulas, PhD

He holds a PhD in Political Science from Panteion University in Athens, a degree in Political Science and History from the same Institute and a degree in Business Administration from the Technological Institute of Piraeus.

He served for many years as an executive manager in Health Care and Research Institutes, he has participated as a lecturer in several conferences and workshops and teached "Global Journalism", "Law and Journalism", "Designing and Managing Effective Organizations" and "Managing people and performance" at MBS College of Crete - Staffordshire University, UK.

He is currently the Administrative and Financial Manager of the Institute of Vision and Optics - VEIC - KA4628 of the University of Crete and volunteer-coordinator of the University of the Mountains. 

He is married with Xenia Kapokaki and has one son.
